The website, www.kinto.be, has been developed by the Netoptic SA, whose registered office is located at 1480 Saintes, Avenue Landas, 13, and which is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number 0413.838.127.
2. ACCESS TO THE SITE
Access to the www.kinto.be website and/or its use is subject to users being fully aware of the present conditions and implies that they have automatically and unconditionally accepted the present Terms and Conditions, as amended.
Netoptic may at any time amend the present General Conditions, in particular in order to comply with any new regulations or legislation or in order to improve the use of the site for the user. 8. APPLICABLE LAW
The present conditions are governed by Belgian law. The courts in Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction over disputes arising from the content or the application of the present conditions. Netoptic reserves the right to take legal action against users, who behave in a manner deemed unlawful or in breach of the present conditions.
